Find an idle lithium-ion battery, the old mobile phone or mp3 disassemble the line, the requirement is a small size, the best and the remote control width, thickness is not much difference.

Lithium-ion batteries are fully charged up to 4.2V.
I actually measured 4V.
If the series diode voltage drop is 0.7V, the actual supply voltage = 4-0.7V = 4.3V, which is basically the same as the new battery voltage of the button battery.

As long as the battery voltage is not much different, it can be replaced.

Modification steps:

1. Remove the button battery cover and the battery, connect the contacts in the battery compartment with wires, and draw out the positive and negative electrodes respectively. Note that the positive electrode is at the edge, and the negative electrode is at the center. Adhesive tape to isolate, avoid breaking circuit. The method of winding the connection with the wire is to avoid leaving traces of welding and does not affect the warranty.


2, find a diode, such as 1N4007, etc., the positive electrode of the battery is connected to the positive electrode of the diode, and the negative electrode of the battery is connected to the positive electrode lead just drawn from the battery compartment. It is best to use soldering here.
3. The negative electrode of the battery is directly connected to the negative electrode lead out of the battery compartment.


4, the docking of the battery and the remote control, wrapped with a wide transparent tape, the connection strength is unexpectedly good. Because the battery is blue, the outer package is then cut with a black plastic bag over the outer package in an express package.
